**Key Responsibilities**
- **Food Preparation and Cooking**:
- Lead the preparation and presentation of high-quality Continental dishes, including appetizers, mains, and desserts.
- Develop and implement innovative menu items while maintaining authenticity and taste.
- Ensure food consistency, portion control, and adherence to recipes and quality standards.
- **Kitchen Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and delegate tasks effectively.
- Assist the Head Chef in planning menus, ordering supplies, and managing budgets.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock of key Continental ingredients.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to improve skills and efficiency.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.
- Lead by example in maintaining a professional and positive work culture.
- **Health, Safety, and Hygiene**:
- Enforce compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP or equivalent).
- Monitor cleanliness and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential safety hazards.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:
- Collaborate with service staff to address customer feedback and special dietary requirements.
- Strive to enhance guest experiences by ensuring high-quality food and timely service.
**Key Skills and Competencies**
- Expertise in Continental cuisine with a strong understanding of classical and modern cooking techniques.
- Ability to innovate and create visually appealing dishes.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in managing kitchen operations, including budgeting and inventory control.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a professional kitchen, specializing in Continental cuisine.
- Proven track record of managing and leading kitchen teams.
- Familiarity with kitchen management systems and tools.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
