**Job Title: Accounts Executive**
**Location: Thane & Bhiwandi**
As an Account Executive at [Company Name], you will play a crucial role in our finance and administration team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Utilizing Tally ERP for various tasks such as making entries for Sales Invoice, Eway Bill, Purchase, Expenses, etc.
- Handling GST-related work efficiently.
- Managing export and import documentation processes.
- Creating quotations and offers using Word, Excel, and our proprietary software.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO requirements by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documents.
- Assisting with test reports and other administrative tasks as needed.
**Skill Requirements**:
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Tally ERP.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with export and import documentation procedures is a plus.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company.
- Understanding of GST regulations and procedures.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and documentation requirements.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
