**Accounts Executive**

**Department**:Accounts **Job Location**: Thane

**Purpose of the Job**:
Ensure effectiveness of accounting activities

**Position in the Hierarchy**:
**Accounts Manager**

**Accounts Assistant**

**Job Activities**:

- To manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the company
- To keep ledger entries up to date
- Manage all Book keeping activities
- Prepare all the daily transactions of Inward / Outward entries
- Reconcile tax books of excise and accounts monthly
- Verifying the bills before making any final payments to the vendors.
- Filling all the required documents
- Ensure Taxation is up to date (TDS, GST, PAN, TAN filing returns, timelines)
- Manage Petty cash

**Critical Acountabilities**:
**Principal Accountabilities Performance Indicators**

Maintain daily records of the transactions. Monitoring accounts error free activities / Prepare MIS

**Daily Reports **To ensure smooth running of the accounts

Daily transactions of the inward /outward entry.

Day to day accounting transactions

Verifying the bills before making any final payments to the vendors.
**Discipline Adherence **Building a proper accounts systems
To ensure discipline within the employee in terms of financial transaction in regards with the company.

**Managing books of Accounts **Timely and error free
To Keep a day to day check on the books of accounts.
Managing the Bill Booking Process.
Daily transactions of the inward /outward entry

**Reports to**: Accounts Executive

**Customer Interface**:
**Internal Customers**:All the departments across organisation

**External Customers**: Banks and financial institutions, Government agencies, Auditors,

Insurance companies, Lawyers and tax consultants

**Qualification, Skills & Knowledge**:
Bcom/Mcom with experience in handling accounting of an organization
- Knowledge Ms Excel ( Advanced )
- Accounting knowledge & Practices
- Tally
- Zoho Books

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
