Job Description: Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable)

**Location**: Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in accordance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and process payments via checks, bank transfers, and other payment methods.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and provide supporting documents as required.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to address and resolve payment-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software preferred(Tally)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
