**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads.
- Understand customer needs and explain the product or service appropriately.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve queries efficiently.
- Follow up with clients regularly for lead conversion and feedback.
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the team lead.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for lead nurturing.
- Provide insights into customer feedback from the North Indian market.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in North Indian markets.
- Fluent in **Hindi** and at least one regional language from North India.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM software or MS Excel for call tracking and reporting.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
