
Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, explain product offerings, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Handle objections effectively and persuade customers to make a purchase.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion strategies.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and market trends.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **3 years of experience in telecalling sales** or inside sales.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills in [English/Telugu/Hindi/Regional Language].
- Strong **persuasion and negotiation** skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently.
- Proven **track record of achieving sales targets**.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
