Fluent Hindi,English & Kannada speaking will be preferred and those who have worked in this field will be preferred.

**Eligibility**:

- Must be a graduate.
- Language Must: - Hindi,English, Kannada &Tamil
- Good communication skills.
- Must be attentive and possess a pleasant personality.
- Good knowledge about working on computers.
- Experience of minimum 2 years in a clinic/hospital

**Roles/Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage both digital and hard copy filling systems.
- Maintain telecommunication system.
- Should be able to answer inquiries regarding the services delivered at the clinic.
- Maintain data on Patient Management System.
- Assist the clinic in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- To handle patient queries and direct them appropriately
- To manage billing and discount information with patients/customers
- Documentation / Compliance
- Managing appointments
- To adhere to company policy and presentation
- Revenue Contribution
- To deposit cash/cheque/credit slips to finance in time
- To participate in on job and other trainings and development activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
