movements.
2. Floor managers will monitor the above mentioned staff will complete their work prior to operational hours of mall.
3. Analyze and track retailer sales performance.
4. To ensure that all retailers are operating with statutory certificates as per Government and Mall norms.

6. Crosscheck on deployment and re-deploy effectively based on manpower, day of the week or escalate to the concerned Manager.
7. Periodically check restrooms and ensure they are up kept at the highest order especially on weekends or crowded days.
8. To ensure that all retailers strictly adhere to mall store opening & closing time, Recording / documenting and highlighting if any deviation on the same.
9. They are to strictly adhere to their work boundaries, to ensure they are constantly present as and whenever the need arises.
10. To ensure that all VM policies are strictly adhered to by all retailers as per the prescribed Mall Regulations.
1.1.. To ensure that all retailers follow the set safety measures and practices as prescribed by the Mall management.
12. Keeping a vigil over customers activities and prohibit activities like bringing pets,
videography, carrying dangerous objects, smoking, quarrels, etc. Such instances will be escalated to Security DM / Executive / ERT for assistance.
13. Guiding customers wherever necessary.
1.4. Monitoring stock movement within the mall premises as per the set regulations by the Mall management.
1.5. Reporting any infrastructure related safety hazards, repairs, renovations to the smile center / concerned departments for information and needful action.
16. Attend and report any emergencies / incidents that may occur during mall trading hours.
17. Preside as a Floor Marshall should an emergency arise in case of any such instances, for partial or full evacuation.
18. Incidents of any nature are to be isolated in case of customers / staff. medical emergencies / others; and taken to an appropriate location for medical assistance thereby avoiding Panic, crowd gathering and unnecessary attention or escalation.
19. Attend and streamline retailer/customer queries & complaints to concerned departments and maintaining the tracker for the same.
20. Monitor mall signage are displaying correct information and escalate to make corrections if required.
21. Monitor Digital Display functionality and escalate if necessary.
22. To ensure all the retailers are FLS Compliant.
23. Facilitating and Escorting PMC guest during Visit and Events.
24. Monitoring and ensuring that all the service corridors of F&B/Anchors are clean and Maintained up to standards.
25. Facilitating Marketing events / promotions and activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
