**Job description**
- Attend to walk-in customers, business associates & other vendors
- Review Retail and Corporate Customer's need basis, escort them around the floor and provide the company and the product details, assist them with suitable selections, conclude the sales orders
- Do outbound calls for generating leads from the company databank
- Attend inbound business Call leads - generated through business ads
- Maintain Floor Activity Register
- Maintain Billing Accounting System
- Maintain Inventory Register
- Maintain Stationery Register
- Maintain File System
- Maintain Incoming and Outgoing Stock Registration
- Maintain Incoming And Outgoing Mail Register
- Maintain the Housekeeping & supervise the housekeeping staff
- Maintain hospitality towards walk-in customers and visitors
- Attend to the Dealers and Negotiate the Display Products and the discounts and discuss with RA on relevancy of the specific display
- Maintain Competitor Analysis of the display
- Prepare and maintain barcoding the floor products
- Follow up with vendors, dealers of the specific display and order logistics
- Follow up with retails customers, builders to generate reference and build high network of loyalty
- Finalizing the deal independently within the given frame work and under the guidance for any escalation, if need be
- Provide inputs, feedback, suggestions, creative ideas for the system improvisation
- Generating relevant reports on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/half yearly/annually
- Responsible for Floor Business Leads, negotiation, conclusion and achieving targets
- Other miscellaneous work as and when assigned
- Report to the Head Ops/Company Partners on all the day to day activities of the Floor Activity in the given format

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Any graduation/Diploma

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Hindi And Kannada (preferred)
- Other Regional Languages will be an added advantage

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
