**Roles and Responsibilities**

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Planning & implementing good production practices and providing material handling systems.

Cultivate high morale within company’s workforce as well as customers. Responsible for the day-to-day operations, management and plant activities management.

Organizing daily standing meeting at shop floor.

Developed the Processes, Lay outs, Material flow, Method for the assembly of fixtures as per the customer requirement.

Introduces modern methods for improving the manufacturing methods and increase production with optimum quality.

Adroit at controlling quality at Source, process, pre-dispatch as well as at Supplier location.

Line balancing between Production, Paint shop & Assembly Line.

Solving Customer related problems in challenging environment of Quality, Cost & Delivery.

Maintaining In-Process Quality standards as per the customer requirement.

Reducing Material wastage by effective methods of Material handling and distribution.

Optimizing cycle times at various stages of Manufacturing.

Effective utilization of machines to have Power saving.

Reducing reworks thru better performance tracking and continuous improvement techniques.

Coordination with the customers & Vendors for timely supply of Material.

Adherence to the Product delivery schedules at all time.

Managing the flow of information from sites/clients to setting out
- like material submittals approvals, site surveys, installation planning & coordination.

Responsibility for new ways of production to improve efficiency.

To initiate and co-ordinate management review meeting for plant and vendors.

Reviewing / managing and overseeing the production drawings &Schedules

Preparing Estimation & costing of projects to have control on project delivery with in the budgets.

Conducting weekly meeting with related people for monitoring process Wastage, Housekeeping, and discuss the interfacing and organization wide issues related to process.

Daily Reporting to top Management on the performance and status of improvement projects

Planning of activities based on the priority and weekly monitoring of all activities and inform the concerned if any corrective action to be taken.

Ensure Productivity of Factory labours with optimal use of raw materials.

Ensure Quality standards for all finished materials before dispatching to site.

Developed and executed a project for the manufacturing of customized fixtutes, retail furniture, all kind of joinery/fit out, wooden items and modular furniture as per cad drawings.

Manufacturing Facility including Planning of Material, Man Power & Equipment selection. Developed Paint shop, subassembly line, Assembly line.

Painting : Liquid Painting( PU paint, 2k paint, polish) of components for Furniture by using hot and cold chambers

Inspection &Testing: Developed standards and Acceptance criteria for the Furniture.

Site Installation : installation of ready product at site according to drawing by following all safety and site rules

Analytical Skill: Preparing BOM and BOQ, Plant Capacity calculations, Budget & cost benefit analysis.

Process Development for production, Process flows, Floor area utilization & Plant layouts.

Man Management: Trainings to team members & associates on SOP’s, Safety, Leadership skills, Team building, Modern manufacturing methods, Waste elimination. Performance review through KRA.

Training: Hands on training, On Job training on Machine & Equipment operations and Handling. Training on Processes & Floor Discipline., Team building, Leadership skills and SOP.
