1. Receiving and inspecting incoming materials and supplies to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards.

2. Recording and updating inventory levels of materials and supplies in the system to ensure accurate tracking.

3. Monitoring and controlling inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocks.

4. Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.

5. Issuing materials and supplies to construction workers as per their requirements.

6. Maintaining proper documentation of all transactions related to inventory, such as receipts, invoices, and delivery notes.

7. Ensuring that the storage area is organized, clean, and safe, and that all materials and supplies are stored in the correct location.

8. Performing regular stock checks to identify any discrepancies or damaged items and taking appropriate actions.

9. Collaborating with the construction team to identify the materials and supplies needed for each phase of the project.

10. Generating reports on inventory levels, usage, and procurement, and presenting them to the management team.

The construction stores/inventory clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring that the construction project has the necessary materials and supplies to operate efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

**Salary**: ₹8,999.80 - ₹25,462.35 per month
