- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system Stock
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and quality goals.
- Plan and coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and dispatch.
- Implement best practices and warehouse operations.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.
