**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and ensure that all quality parameters are followed during production.
- Conduct in-process checks for taste, texture, pH, TSS, carbonation, and packaging.
- Maintain proper documentation of quality reports, records, and daily QA logs.
- Inspect raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods as per standards.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and GMP/GHP compliance across the plant.
- Conduct line clearance before production starts.
- Report deviations, defects, and non-conformities immediately to senior management.
- Assist in audits, certifications, and implementation of SOPs.

**Requirements**:

- Must be **male** and residing **near Bahadurgarh, Haryana**.
- Minimum **1-3 years of QA experience** in the **beverage/food industry** (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of quality control parameters (pH, TSS, carbonation, microbiology basics).
- Ability to maintain documentation and follow SOPs.
- Knowledge of FSSAI guidelines and basic food safety practices.
- Ready to work closely with production teams on the shop floor.

**Qualification**
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or similar stream.
