Senior Footwear Quality Assurance Professional

Quality Assurance Leadership RoleWe are seeking a senior quality assurance leader to oversee the quality function and ensure all footwear products meet company and customer standards.Develop and implement an effective Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with international standards such as ISO.Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement across production and sourcing.Lead, train, and motivate the QA/QC team to uphold quality standards.Oversee audits and inspections from raw materials to finished goods.Approve materials and samples ensuring compliance with specifications.Manage customer complaints using root cause analysis methodologies.Collaborate with design, production, and sourcing teams to resolve and prevent quality issues.Audit and manage suppliers/vendors for consistent quality performance.Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.Evaluate and maintain adherence to international safety and testing standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Footwear Technology or related field.At least 10 years' experience in quality assurance leadership within the footwear manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO, and quality tools such as Lean Six Sigma.
