Job Title Asstt Production Manager - PU Moulding Machine Footwear Division Department Production Manufacturing Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and technically competent Asstt Production Manager for the PU Moulding Machine operations within our leather footwear manufacturing unit The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the PU moulding line ensuring optimal output maintaining product quality minimizing waste and managing a skilled team of machine operators and technicians Key Responsibilities Production Planning Execution Plan coordinate and supervise daily PU moulding operations Ensure production targets are met as per schedule and quality standards Monitor and adjust machine settings to achieve desired product output and quality Process Optimization Implement best practices in PU moulding to improve efficiency reduce cycle times and minimize rejects Conduct time and motion studies for continuous improvement in production processes Team Supervision Manage and train PU moulding machine operators and technicians Allocate manpower efficiently across shifts and lines Maintain discipline and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed Quality Assurance Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure product consistency and defect-free output Take corrective actions in case of defects variances or process deviations Maintenance Troubleshooting Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules of PU moulding machines Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with maintenance teams for quick resolution Raw Material Inventory Management Monitor the consumption of PU chemicals and related raw materials Ensure proper handling storage and utilization of materials to avoid wastage Reporting Documentation Maintain daily production records downtime analysis and rejection reports Provide regular reports to management regarding productivity efficiency and machine performance Qualifications Skills Diploma Degree in Mechanical Production Polymer Engineering or related field 5 years of experience in PU direct injection moulding in a footwear or similar industry Strong technical knowledge of PU machinery Familiarity with footwear moulding processes last setting and upper fitting Hands-on experience with PU chemicals and mould maintenance Preferred Qualifications Experience in leather footwear manufacturing is highly preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 29 991 58 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
