The company’s vision is to empower everyone towards an active and healthier lifestyle through innovative fitness solutions, enabled by technology.Responsibilities:Own commercialization of Avant footwear category across all T1 manufacturersEnd to end ownership from product handover from R&D till production at factoryResponsible for all the 3 processes of product trials- counter sample, size – set trial and pre-production trialResponsible for technical performance of the shoe as well we fit & shapeOwn production success of all designs. Problem solve as day to day issues faced during productionDesired candidate profile8+ years experience in product commercialisation & developmentStrong technical knowledge in shoe making, pattern making & choice of material & operationsGood at partner factory management & communicationsExperience in Sports shoe industry is a must.
