About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Quality Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring product reliability, process consistency, and compliance with industry standards. This role involves hands-on problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives across production and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, procedures, and documentation in line with company and regulatory standards.
  • Perform in-process and final product inspections, ensuring compliance with specifications and customer requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Analyze quality data, prepare quality reports, and track KPIs to drive improvement.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Monitor and improve supplier quality through inspections and feedback.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure all testing and measuring equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or related field).
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control within manufacturing or a related environment.
  • Familiarity with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO/TS, or industry-specific quality requirements.
  • Proficiency in using measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
