You are looking to hire a Senior Engineer Quality (Process Quality) for the Injection Moulding division. As a Senior Engineer, your role will involve ensuring adherence to process quality standards in injection moulding operations. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and controlling top recurring defects to improve process stability. Conducting Red Bin analysis, leading defect review meetings, and ensuring timely closure of corrective & preventive actions will be part of your key responsibilities. Monitoring and controlling process parameters to ensure consistent quality output is crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Strong knowledge of Process Control and Top Defect Analysis - Conducting Red Bin Meetings & implementing Action Plans at shop floor - Sound understanding of Automotive Quality Systems (IATF 16949, ISO, etc.) - Proficiency in Problem-Solving Tools (7 QC Tools, Why-Why Analysis, FMEA, 8D, CAPA, etc.) - Good analytical and communication skills Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Injection Moulding - Proficient in automotive quality systems such as IATF 16949, ISO, etc. - Strong problem-solving skills using methodologies like 8D, FMEA, etc. - Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams The company values quality and continuous improvement in its operations.
