**Key Responsibilities**:

- Report to the Learning & Development team and manage training programs for the assigned region.
- Conduct online and on-site training sessions, ensuring timely completion.
- Lead cross-training initiatives to enhance team versatility.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the R&D team on product development and related training.
- Monitor and maintain stable store performance ratings.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders across various channels.
- Actively contribute to L&D team meetings and discussions.

**Pre Requisites**
- Chef with Indian background with 3-4 years of work experience.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Open to frequent travel within the city.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
