**Required - Executive Assistant**

**Location: Valsad, Gujarat, India**

**3-6 years of experience, must be experienced as an Executive Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and vendors.
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and distribute notes and action items as required.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by executives to support the overall success of the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹44,365.44 per month
