**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Material Management**:

- Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Ensure proper tagging, storage, and safe handling of materials as per prescribed norms.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and raise requisitions timely.
- Issue materials to site execution teams as per indent requests and maintain proper records.
- **Inventory Control & Documentation**:

- Update stock register and ERP/software regularly.
- Conduct regular physical verification of stocks and report discrepancies.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Issue Notes, and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date records of inward and outward movement of materials.
- **Coordination**:

- Coordinate with procurement, vendors, transporters, and project teams for material deliveries.
- Liaise with the Head Office SCM team for inventory and logistics support.
- Assist in arranging material inspection and approvals when required.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:

- Ensure adherence to safety and quality norms in storage practices.
- Generate and submit regular inventory and consumption reports to management.
- Support in audits (internal/external) and ensure compliance with documentation protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,918.11 - ₹40,000.00 per month
