We are hiring for **Purchase Executive - Casting **

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers for casting components and materials.
- Conduct market research to find competitive, reliable suppliers that meet the company’s quality and cost objectives.
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with suppliers, focusing on long-term partnerships.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for casting parts, from RFQs to order placement.
- Analyze quotations from suppliers and perform cost-benefit analysis to negotiate optimal pricing and terms.
- Develop procurement strategies for casting parts that align with project timelines and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical requirements and specifications for casting parts.
- Ensure procured casting parts meet all specified technical and quality requirements.
- Assist in resolving technical issues between suppliers and engineering teams to maintain compliance.
- Continuously analyze and control casting-related procurement costs to meet budget objectives.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality.
- Generate reports on cost variance and savings achieved through procurement activities.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that suppliers meet quality standards.
- Conduct or participate in supplier audits to verify capabilities, quality control processes, and compliance with industry standards.
- Follow up on corrective actions from audits to improve supplier performance.
- Work with inventory management and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels for casting parts.
- Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with suppliers to avoid delays in production.
- Manage urgent material requirements through strategic planning and supplier negotiations.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier evaluations.
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing metrics, supplier performance, and cost trends for casting parts.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, specifically with casting components.
- Familiarity with casting processes such as sand casting, die casting, and investment casting.
- Experience in supplier management and negotiations for casting-related purchases.
- Strong understanding of casting materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel) for data analysis.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per day
