**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming materials/goods and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders or delivery notes.
- Properly store materials in designated areas, ensuring safety and easy retrieval.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement using manual registers or inventory software.
- Issue materials to departments/teams as per requisitions and update inventory logs accordingly.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification of inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the purchasing department of low stock or reordering needs.
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and identification of all stored items.
- Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and project/site teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with safety and storage regulations.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and inventory management software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho, etc.).
- Good knowledge of stockkeeping and material handling procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina for lifting, moving, or inspecting materials (if required).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in [customize for industry: e.g., construction material management, real estate project sites, retail stockrooms].
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and digital inventory systems.
- Understanding of basic accounting or GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processes.
