We are actively seeking a seasoned talent acquisition manager to drive recruitment efforts. The
role entails crafting and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, aligning
recruitment goals with organizational objectives, and bolstering our employer brand across
analytical abilities, backed by a demonstrated history of success in talent acquisition.
A Day in Your Life:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to efficiently address the
company's immediate and long-term hiring needs.
- Lead, mentor, and cultivate the growth of the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture
of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to discern business objectives, align recruitment
needs, and establish strategic recruitment goals.
- Enhance and amplify the employer brand and value proposition of Hurix across diverse
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments and roles, ensuring a
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to evaluate the efficiency of recruitment
strategies and drive informed decision-making.
- Oversee the selection and management of recruitment agencies and external partners
when necessary, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
- Remain updated on recruitment trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to adapt
talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
- Manage recruitment budgets effectively and negotiate contracts to optimize recruitment
costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing
recruitment and hiring practices.
- Demonstrate specialized expertise in technology hiring, volume hiring, leadership hiring,
and stakeholder management.
- Prepare and present weekly dashboards and reports to senior management, providing
insights into recruitment metrics and progress.
- Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance, support, and direction
to achieve departmental objectives.
- Utilize Excel, Google Sheets, MS Office, and any applicant tracking system (ATS)
proficiently to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
Skills in the spotlight:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
Master’s degree preferred.
- A proven track record of at least 10 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with
demonstrated success in leading and managing recruitment initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in utilizing data-driven insights to inform
recruitment strategies and decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, industry trends, and regulatory
requirements.
- Experience managing recruitment budgets, negotiating contracts, and optimizing
recruitment costs.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office and any ATS.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of
attention to detail and accuracy
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
