**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Outreach**: Approach HR professionals in software companies to discuss current job openings and recruitment needs.
- **Build Relationships**: Establish and maintain professional relationships with HR representatives to foster ongoing collaboration.
- **Feedback Collection**: Seek feedback from HR representatives to improve our services and understand market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in telecalling or a similar role, preferably in the recruitment or education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with the software industry and understanding of job roles is a plus.
- Proficient in English and Tamil; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
