- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to the management team.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-2+ years in lead conversion
- Mandatory experience in **cold calling, or telecalling**:

- **Technical Skills**:Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- **Soft Skills**: Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
