About the Role

We are looking for Telecalling Associates to drive demand generation and strengthen our retail network across South India. The role involves engaging with retailers, distributors, and teachers to ensure product availability, visibility, and market growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with top retailers in the assigned region
  • Collect data and support market analysis
  • Collaborate with distributors to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling
  • Build strong relationships with teachers and promote product recommendations
  • Collect feedback to align offerings with student needs


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Diploma with 1–3 years of telecalling/inside sales experience (EdTech preferred)
  • Fluency in Tamil/Telugu/Kannada (for South India role), along with Hindi/English
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and maintain detailed records
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
