**Roles & Responsibilities **
- Good Command in telephonic Communication with Fluent English and any Gujrati language, customer service experience.
- To look after the whole gamut of CRM function. She will be responsible for post
- sales activities.
- Developing harmonious relation with customers.
- Acts as a single point of contact for clients right from design confirmation until handing over.
- Maintaining the track sheet. Updating the project status on a regular basis
- Implementation of the process laid down for dealing with customers, ensuring timely response to all their queries in a transparent manner.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers updated on the project status.

**Education and Experience**
- Experience required Minimum 1yr
- Experience in Customer service handling Inbound calls
- She must be well versed in Phone collections, retention, Case conversion, Cross selling and Escalation Handling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
