**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process and manage vendor and employee payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain and reconcile payment records, invoices, and financial documentation.
- Conduct and coordinate background verification for new hires and vendors, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Liaise with external verification agencies and maintain accurate records of reports and findings.
- Support financial audits and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and statutory regulations.
- Collaborate with HR, procurement, and operations teams to streamline related processes.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance operations, with a focus on payments and background verification.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)**
- Knowledge of finance compliance and vendor onboarding processes.
- Experience working in the healthcare or education sector.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
