Job Title / Role: Officer - Functional Planner Finance Department

Education Qualification: Any CA/CMA/MBA - Finance

Required Experience: 7 -10 Years Years

Purpose of the role:

- Assist for effective deployment of annual plans across organization.
- Effectively analyzing Plan Vs Actual on a periodical basis and identifying action plan to mitigate the same
- Ensure alignment of departmental plans with company plans.
- Assist in periodic performance reviews
- To assist the top management in developing, deploying and implementing policies and initiatives to achieve the business goals
- Initiating and Delivering the Long-Range Plans of the Finance function
- Partnering with Digital & AI and Finance team to reduce / automate manual activities and re-engineering the finance processes.

Role Description:

- Prepare Policy and Daily performance report and Variance analysis
- Monitoring exceptions and identifying actions.
- Develop and maintain database & MIS Dashboards
- ECM Book
- Creating Business Plan and operating Plans
- Interfacing between departments
- Formulating and executing LRP
- Prepare and deploy annual plan
- Monitor internal performance
- Conduct structured periodic reviews.

Managing Points:

- On time MIS reports
- Variance analysis with proper root causes
- Periodically arranging the reviews with clear prior agenda
- Alignment between functions on the company objectives
- Improve overall effectiveness of measurement system
- Achieving LRP targets
