Job Requirements The project Engineer will lead and support the development of new aerospace products from concept through production This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that new products meet performance quality cost and regulatory requirements while adhering to aerospace industry standards Key Responsibilities Product Development Drive the end-to-end development of aerospace components and systems including design prototyping testing and validation Translate customer and regulatory requirements into technical specifications Collaborate with design Process planners and Assembly teams to ensure product integrity Project Management Develop and manage project timelines budgets and deliverables Coordinate with internal teams BD manufacturing quality supply chain and Customers Track project milestones and report progress to stakeholders Technical Documentation Compliance Prepare and maintain engineering documentation including drawings BOMs and test reports Ensure compliance with aerospace standards such as AS9100 Support certification and qualification processes Manufacturing Support Work with production teams to ensure manufacturability and scalability of new designs Conduct PFMEA Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis reviews Resolve technical issues during pilot runs and production ramp-up Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks Work Experience Education Bachelor s degree in mechanical Aeronautical or Manufacturing Engineering Experience 3-5 years of experience in aerospace product development and Project Management Hands-on experience with CAD tools e g SolidWorks and SAP systems Familiarity with aerospace systems such as structures interiors or avionics is a plus Skills Strong understanding of aerospace materials processes and regulatory requirements Excellent problem-solving communication and project management skills Proficiency in tools like Solid Works Excel Power Point MS project is added advantage Certifications Preferred PMP or any other equivalent certifications Desirable Traits Passion for aerospace innovation and product excellence Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and compliance
