**Job Title: Finance Executive**

**Job Summary**:
The Finance Executive will play a pivotal role in the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, efficient budget management, and compliance with financial regulations. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and variances, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support department heads in budget preparation and financial planning.

3. Accounts Management:

- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.

4. Financial Analysis:

- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities for the business.
- Provide cost analysis and profitability assessments.

5. Compliance and Audit:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.

6. Financial Systems and Processes:

- Maintain and improve financial systems and processes.
- Implement best practices for financial operations and reporting.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial systems.

7. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information flow.
- Provide financial training and support to non-financial staff.
- Assist in special projects and ad-hoc financial analyses as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role in an Manufacturing Unit.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and standards.
- Proficiency in financial software like Tally
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Work Location - Mira Road**

**Salary - Upto 6 LPA**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
