**Job Title**: Accounts Executive

**Location**: Mumbai (Head Office)
**Experience**: 0-1 year (Freshers may apply)
**Qualification**: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in day-to-day accounting entries (purchase, sales, receipts, payments, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, bills, and invoices
- Support reconciliation of bank statements and vendor accounts
- Maintain proper records of GST and TDS-related transactions
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and financial statements
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors as needed
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel, or ERP)

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with MS Excel and Tally (or willingness to learn)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work under deadlines and in a team

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Internship or project experience in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and invoice processing
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Logic ERP)
