We are seeking a talented Figma Designer to join our team and help us ideate and design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our products. As a Figma Designer, you will be responsible for creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that can effectively communicate design concepts to the team and stakeholders. You will work closely with the product team to develop and implement design solutions that align with our business objectives and user needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the product team to understand user needs, business goals, and design requirements
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all products
- Conduct user research and testing to validate design concepts and iterate on designs
- Communicate design concepts and ideas to the team and stakeholders effectively
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to improve design processes and output

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design using Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and design process
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of design systems, typography, color theory, and user-centered design principles
- Experience conducting user research and testing
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

**Job Types**: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹8,124.34 - ₹33,579.66 per month
