**Job Title**: Figma Designer (Min. 2 Years Experience) - Onsite Job in Lucknow

**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
**Interview Mode**: Face-to-Face Only

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to convert requirements into effective design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain design quality across all platforms
- Revise designs based on team feedback and testing outcomes
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Figma** (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
- Experience with design systems, grids, and responsive design
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum **2 years of professional experience** in UI/UX design using Figma
