We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Figma Designer to join our growing design team. As a Figma Designer, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing designs for a variety of digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration: Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals.

Prototyping & User Flows: Design interactive prototypes and user flows to demonstrate product functionality and provide clear user navigation.

Feedback Integration: Gather and implement feedback from team members and stakeholders to improve designs and ensure user-centered outcomes.

Maintain Design Systems: Support and help refine the design system to maintain consistency across products and ensure scalability.

User Research: Collaborate with UX researchers to understand user needs and pain points, translating insights into design solutions.

Presentations & Stakeholder Interaction: Present design work to stakeholders, effectively communicating design choices, rationale, and project goals.

**Requirements**:
Experience: At least 2 years of experience working as a Figma Designer or in a similar role, with a solid portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills.

Proficiency in Figma: Strong expertise in using Figma for designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design (UCD) methodologies.

Collaboration Skills: Experience working in cross-functional teams with developers and product managers, able to take and provide constructive feedback.

Prototyping: Familiarity with prototyping tools and techniques, including animations, transitions, and user testing.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.

Problem Solving: Ability to approach design challenges creatively, with an emphasis on user experience and ease of use.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to articulate design ideas, feedback, and decisions to non-design stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
