**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Incorporate user feedback and analytics data to improve user experience.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all design elements and interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
- Work closely with frontend developers to implement designs and ensure pixel-perfect execution.
- Participate in design critiques and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with user research techniques and usability testing.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend implementation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment and meet project deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
