Role Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer
with strong proficiency in
Figma
to join our product team. This is a
full-time, on-site
role based in
Noida Sector 62
. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging digital experiences by collaborating closely with product managers and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create intuitive UI designs and seamless UX workflows.
  • Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups in Figma.
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions.
  • Ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a scalable design system.
  • Implement responsive designs for web and mobile platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience.
  • Proficient in
    Figma
    and other design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience in user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
