**Job Profile**: Figma Designer (UI/UX)

**Responsibilities**

As a Figma Designer specializing in UI/UX, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with our product development and marketing teams to translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Your designs will play a crucial role in defining the overall look and feel of our digital products, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create user-centered designs by incorporating feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, technical constraints, and business objectives.
- Maintain consistency across all design assets and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- 2-4 years of work experience in relevant field.
