1. Receive the visiters/clients/employees at front desk by greeting them.

2.Attend the phone calls/ mails.

3.Communicating to managers/higher authorities

4.keeping the premises clean and tidy

5.Manage calendars by scheduling important meetings.

6.Interact with their colleagues to resolve important administrative matters and the like.

7.Maintain the office and keep all the office equipment in check as well as order any necessary office supplies

It is important to remember that the receptionist is the first point of contact between the visitor and the company. This is why having skilled receptionists is so important. Even if the person isn’t experienced, they need to learn the necessary skills to provide the best experience for the visitor who comes in.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
