**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing and analysing tender documents to determine the scope of work, technical specifications, and commercial terms and conditions for gym equipment manufacturing.
- Should be proper with paper work and keep it confidential.
- Preparing and submitting tender proposals in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all requirements and specifications, including those of the Government e-Marketplace.
- Coordinating with various internal departments, such as engineering,sales, finance, and production, to gather information and ensure alignment on proposal content.
- Communicating with external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to obtain necessary information and ensure all parties are informed of the tender progress.
- Maintaining accurate records of all tender documents and proposals, including pricing, contracts, and correspondence, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
- Monitoring ongoing tenders to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and deadlines, including those of the Government e-Marketplace.
- Conducting market research to identify potential new tender opportunities and provide insights to the business development team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in tendering and proposal preparation.
- Manage and maintain legal files, documents, and records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret technical specifications and commercial terms and conditions.
- Knowledge of tendering processes, including regulations and procedures, as well as accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and related tendering processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

**Salary**: ₹9,187.90 - ₹30,946.59 per month
