As a Tender Executive within our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultant firm, you will be responsible for managing the tendering process for various projects in the engineering and construction industry.
- Oversee the end-to-end tendering process, including reviewing tender documents, specifications, and drawings to understand project requirements.
- Prepare and compile tender documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather relevant information and pricing for tender submissions.
- Manage tender schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely submission of proposals while adhering to quality and compliance standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout the tendering process.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality management systems, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards for tender documentation and submissions.
- Monitor and track contract amendments, addendums, and revisions throughout the tendering process, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project scope.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field. (preferred)
- Minimum of [1] years of experience in tender management within the MEP consultancy or engineering and construction industry.
- Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, construction practices, and tendering processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in tendering and procurement.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
