**We are looking for **a **Tender Executive** **with 2-5 years of experience.**
**Joiner**: Immediate/ within 1 Week
**Work Type**:WFO
**Work Location: Pune**
**Experience: 2-3 yrs**
**Mandatory Skills**:
- **Strong knowledge of government tendering processes and regulations**:
- **Experience in writing proposals and quotations for government sector**:
- **Understanding of procurement procedures and documentation requirements**:
- **Familiarity with government tender portals and compliance frameworks**:
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**

- Track upcoming tenders on all tender e-portals daily.
- Prepare and submit tender documents online/offline.
- Fill technical and commercial information in tender documents.
- Handle online tender auctions.
- Follow up with clients for tender queries, EMD's, and rejections.
- Manage online and offline vendor registration.
- Submit quotations online.
- Prepare documentation for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Coordinate with customers for bid preparation and document submission.
- Update MIS, create pivot tables, and provide summaries to customers.
- Maintain customer relationships.
- Update delivery position on various portals.
- Create proposals in response to customer tenders.
- Ensure proposal compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with sales team, manage schedules, and prepare quotations and proposals.
- Monitor team progress and propose improvements.
- Monitor CRM systems daily.
- Identify new business opportunities for tender submissions.
- Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations
- Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
- Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
- Contribution in cost and price calculations
- Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience in proposal/sales/estimation in similar role.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Description: Tender Executive
**Responsibilities**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in looking for tenders on different government websites and shortlisting them.
- Understand the process of filing tenders.
- Maintaining Customer relationships with existing/ new clients. Update delivery Position on GeM Portal, SAP, client specific portal etc.
- Responsible for creating proposals in response to customer Tenders, RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Responsible for ensuring that the proposal is compliant with all applicable regulations.
- Ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc., and in line with the customer's tender requirements.
**Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree, extensive knowledge of Indian govt rules and compliance, proven experience in tendering and procurement, strong communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, ability to work independently and problem-solve, familiarity with relevant software/tools.Graduation in any field.
- **Min. 1-year experience in Tendering role.**:
- **GEM portal experience will be preferable.**:
- Experience in the professional services industry/ TPI is preferred.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Well-developed negotiation skills.
