**Primary Duties**:

- Explore documentation in order to gain a deep understanding of the project requirements, must be able to read a set if construction documents.
- Select, measure and track important metrics
- Perform complex analysis of collected data and metrics
- Prepare relevant and reliable forecasts
- Create and present reports to upper management
- Analyze and evaluate offers.

**Work Experience and Knowledge**:

- Previous working experience as construction estimator for (1) year.
- Hands on experience with complex data research activities
- BA in engineering, construction science or similar relevant field

**Skills**:

- Familiarity with computer programs such as like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), AutoCAD, On-Screen Take-Off, and PDF Editors such as Bluebeam.
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Must be fluent in English - verbal and written)
- Good Penmanship
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Ability to work independently on projects and coordinate with other team members

**Work Schedule**:

- 40+ hour work week typically Monday through Friday [11am to 8pm]
- Occasional evening, early morning and weekend work is required.
