We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to join us in delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform detailed quantity surveying to determine the materials, labor, and equipment needed for construction projects.
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and project budgets using industry best practices.
- Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and other documentation to perform takeoffs (if applicable).
- Collaborate with the project team to review project requirements, constraints, and timelines.
- Maintain and update pricing databases to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors to validate project assumptions.
- Prepare and present reports summarizing cost data and project feasibility.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for efficiency in estimating processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 2+ years of experience in cost estimating or quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with takeoff tools and software (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹14,915.53 - ₹44,463.58 per month
