About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Costing & Estimation Engineer (Electrical) to join our Bangalore branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing tender documents, and coordinating with the project and design teams to ensure competitive and technically sound proposals.

Key Responsibilities:


• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for electrical systems.


• Review and analyze tender drawings, specifications, and documents.


• Coordinate with design and procurement teams for material and vendor quotations.


• Evaluate technical and commercial aspects of bids.


• Support the sales and project teams with costing inputs during pre- and post-tender stages.


• Ensure cost accuracy, adherence to timelines, and compliance with company standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:


• Education: B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).


• Experience: 5–8 years in costing, estimation, or tendering within HVAC / MEP / contracting sectors.


• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.


• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools/software.


• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
