Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including maintaining records, documentation, and reports.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate team activities.
Assist in maintaining an organized filing system (digital and physical).
Support other departments with administrative requirements as needed.
Telecalling Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to clients or prospects to provide information about products or services.
Respond to inquiries and address concerns in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the database.
Follow up on leads and assist in closing deals.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
