**Job Title: Front Office Executive/Receptionist**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Office Executive/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to handling administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Support other departments as needed, providing assistance with various projects.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure the front office adheres to company policies and standards.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with office management software and equipment.
- Knowledge of basic accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
