**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Marketing Bench Consultants**:
- Actively market consultants on the bench (US citizens, GC, H1B, and EAD holders) for IT requirements across the US.
- Build and maintain relationships with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- **Requirement Analysis**:
- Analyze client requirements, identify suitable consultants, and ensure timely submissions.
- **End-to-End Management**:
- Work with consultants to gather necessary documents for submission.
- Prepare and submit resumes in the required format to meet client expectations.
- **Negotiation**:
- Negotiate rates with vendors and clients while ensuring consultant satisfaction.
- Handle contract negotiations and extensions.
- **Vendor and Client Relationships**:
- Develop and maintain strong vendor and client relationships to secure ongoing requirements.
- Follow up with vendors and clients to track submission statuses and close positions.
- **Database and Compliance**:
- Maintain a database of bench consultants and actively track their status.
- Ensure compliance with client submission requirements, including formatting, certifications, and legal documentation.
- **Reporting**:
- Provide daily and weekly updates on submissions, placements, and pipeline status to the management team.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of **US IT staffing** and **tax terms** (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with job boards like **Dice, Monster, TechFetch, and CareerBuilder**.
- Proficiency with **LinkedIn Recruiter** and other social media recruiting tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving placement targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
