Location: Remote
Experience: 1–3 Years in UK IT Staffing / Bench Sales
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
Working Days: Monday to Friday
About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented UK Bench Sales Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing available IT consultants, managing submissions, and coordinating the entire placement process with UK clients and vendors.
The role requires strong knowledge of UK recruitment practices, IR35, GDPR, and familiarity with leading UK job portals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post and manage resumes across major UK job portals such as Reed, CV-Library, JobServe, TotalJobs, and Indeed.UK.
- Source and identify IT requirements from top vendors and clients to place consultants in contract and permanent positions.
- Proactively market bench IT consultants to meet suitable requirements within quick turnaround times.
- Build, establish, and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and internal employees.
- Maintain and update a database of profiles screened, submitted, and placed.
- Handle resume formatting, updates, and optimization for consultants based on job requirements.
- Submit and follow up on profiles with vendors, ensuring regular communication and timely feedback.
- Negotiate rates and finalize offers with vendors or clients.
- Coordinate with consultants during the entire recruitment cycle — from submission to onboarding.
- Collaborate with team members for daily submissions, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Maintain consistent check-ins with vendors for interview updates and consultant feedback.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws, IR35, and GDPR during all stages of the process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in UK Bench Sales / UK IT Staffing / Candidate Marketing.
- Hands-on experience using UK job portals — Reed, CV Library, JobServe, TotalJobs, and Indeed.UK.
- Excellent knowledge of UK IT recruitment processes, IR35, and GDPR.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple consultants and submissions simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management with vendors and clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, or ATS systems.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
